Jaiden joined Morin Insurance Agency in 2015 as a licensed Customer Service Representative. In 2019, she became our Personal Lines Service Manager focusing on customer relations and department workflows. In addition to her managerial role, you will find Jaiden working one-on-one with customers for policy reviews, quoting, as well as involvement in service-related issues such as billing and claims. Whatever the task, Jaiden is always ready to assist with a smile!
